Meet Duke our 2 year old Peregrine x Saker Falcon , Duke came in Winter 2024/2025 after being reported as a Sparrowhawk that had collided with a window. After months of failed attempts to reunite with original owner he officially become part of the team and is out daily with our Falconer Alex
Meet Edward our 3 year old Male Harris Hawk that came in summer 2024 after being found snagged in a Hawthorn tree being attacked by crows. We were able to retrieve him before any serious injuries were sustained but unfortunately even with efforts from Independent Bird Register IBR and ourselves the owner never claimed him back. Edward is now a regular out and about flying with the team.
Meet Sesi our Female Snowy Owl who along with her partner Aput came to us spring 2024 from Hopwood Hall in Middleton ( Animal Management Course ) after 4 unsuccessful years as a breeding project. Sesi is 17 years old and hasn't had any training so Aput and herself are with us to see out their retirement.
